Last weekend saw the start of the season for the circuit racing section, hosted by Elmbrige Club.
It was a certainly a sunny day, but there was a strong wind the meant that turns 4, 5, and 6 were going to be a challenge.
For me it was the chance to run some new props to seek out the extra speed we always want.
I didn't have the best of times though with a few problems throughout the day. Heat 1- flat bettery on the pontoon before the start, Heat 2- 400pts, Heat 3- flipped during milling at bouy 5, and heat 4- well there was a disagreement between my boat at bouy 3.
The boat was definitely improved from last year, and I'm looking forward to the next one already.
A big thanks goes to all the organisers, and to Paul Killick for the pics of my boat.
